NAGG day 4 – Monochrome

ImageHello, today’s theme for Nail-Art-A-Go-Go Challenge is monochrome. What does it mean – something being in monochrome means in one colour or shades of one colour. When I was planning up my designs, I did google for monochrome nails and I got black and white designs mostly.

I have a pair of socks with this pattern, not in brown though, with different colours (purple, gray, black and white). I wanted to do brown. Sorry about the streakiness of one of the browns..

Polishes used:

  • base – Lychee by Barry M
  • brown on the tips – High Style Sienna by Maybelline Colorama
  • Sleek Bamboo by Alessandro
  • stripes – Fury by Seventeen

I finished the design off with my OPI matte top coat. I do have one photo of how it looked with a glossy finish (used Sally Hansen Insta-Dri top coat). But since High Style Sienna is a matte polish I decided to go matte for the whole look. At the end of the post there’s an inlinkz to the gallery, check out what others did for monochrome day. Till my next post 😉
